Mentorship

Mentor Doula
I would like to maintain an income within birth work, while reducing my in-person support load. I would like to pass along my knowledge of birth work to someone who is just starting out.

- 6+ years of experience or 100+ clients supports

Our application process is straightforward. Most applicants hear back within one week.

Frequently Asked Questions
We accept doulas who are certified through DONA, CAPPA, ProDoula, or equivalent programs. If you are currently in a certification program, you can apply and join our Community Doula tier while completing your certification.
Community Doulas receive 80% of the contract fee, while Senior Doulas receive 85%. Additionally, Senior Doulas who mentor Community Doulas receive a mentorship bonus. Payments are processed within 14 days of receiving client payment.
Our mentorship program pairs new doulas with experienced Senior Doulas who provide guidance, support, and shadowing opportunities. Mentors are compensated for their time, and mentees receive valuable real-world learning.
Our matching algorithm considers location, language, specialties, availability, and client preferences. You'll receive match requests that align with your profile, and you can accept or decline based on your availability.
Yes! Many of our doulas maintain their own private clients alongside TBC clients. We ask for transparency about your capacity so we can match appropriately.
We handle client intake, matching, contract generation, invoicing, and payment processing. We also provide a client portal for communication and document sharing, so you can focus on supporting families.
