The word ‘Doula’ means ‘woman servant’ in Greek.
If a Doula could say one thing it would be, “what can I do for you?” Here is how we serve.

Postpartum Healing
Your Doula will help you ease into the postpartum period by educating you on self-care, recognizing concerning physical/emotional experiences, debriefing your birth story, and much more.
Breastfeeding Support
Your Doula will evaluate your latch, develop a breastfeeding routine, develop milk supply, learn about pumping, and address any obstacles that come up on your journey.
Newborn Care Education
Your Doula will help you learn how to swaddle, soothe, bathe and diaper. She will help you learn your baby's cues and other tools to give you confidence in taking care of your little one!
